Lessons # 11 and # 12
Finally, after three weeks of messy work and intensive learning we have completed our journey to Pascha and “Holy Weeks in Hand prints” project. As we were working on the project we were living through the events of the Holy Week every time we completed a page.
Then we opened the resurrection eggs one by one. I gave a hint for each day of the Holy Week and the children had to guess what symbol the egg contained. It was fun and exciting, but also it gave an opportunity to talk about different types of behavior in difficult situations. Although the kids are young, they seemed very engaged in discussion.
